"I think that the videos are a great way to learn the systems when you don't have the resources to attend the training. Your customer service is no less than GREAT."

Other Frequently Asked Questions
Why would I want to purchase a One Year Subscription instead of the 60 Day subscription?
The first thing you should know is that our 60 day subscriptions allow you download ALL THE VIDEOS on the subscribed website. The second thing you should know is that, even after your subscription expires, the videos are yours to KEEP - they do not expire. Now, to speak of the benefits of our One Year subscriptions,
we upload somewhere between ONE AND FIVE HOURS of new training videos for nearly every website, each month
(current technology only, of course). That means that, within the next year, we will add somewhere around 15-30 hours of new videos for each website. If your subscription expires, you will not be able to download the new videos - only current subscribers will be able to download the most up to date videos.
Will my videos ever "expire"?
No. Our subscriber videos do not expire and you can even watch them ten years from now without having to renew your subscription (assuming you can still find the video ten years from now!)
How can so do this so cheaply? Your video subscriptions are at least $300-$500 lower than most other training options
We're glad you noticed. Because we don't offer fancy packaging or elaborate Flash-based systems that take weeks and weeks to develop, our videos are simple to produce allowing us to pass our savings on to you. Our videos are straight to the point; we don't spend our money on 3D motion videos featuring our logo nor do we hire cute models to hold "
LearnSharePoint.com Rocks!
" signs*.
When you watch our videos (our
free videos
offer an example), you'll see that there's nothing more than about a ten second intro featuring our (non-3D) logo, the video title, and then it goes straight into the video. With the $500, $1000, and $1500 training videos that some companies offer, most of your costs come from paying for all the production work that went into designing their fancy CBT system and all those people's salaries who had to work on the product (at least that's our guess). Of course, their high costs could come from hiring cute models to hold signs.
Some people like our approach and appreciate the value we offer. We hope you are one of "those people."
